Project History
- Suo-Motu Notice of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan under case no HRC 3193/2009 for computerization of Land records across Pakistan.
- PC-1 of Phase-I of the scheme was approved for Rs. 2504.480 Million in 2017 for five years.
Four districts approved in Phase-1 namely Quetta, Gwadar, Jaffarabad & Pishin. - The scope of Phase-I has been expanded to Hub (District), Kech (Turbat Tehsil Only), Usta Muhammad, Khanozai & Ormara as decided in PDWP meeting held on 08th June 2023.
- An amount of Rs. 3573 million was reflected in PSDP 2024-25 for phase II of computerization of land record and same was approved by PDWP on 29-7-2024 which includes 07 more districts namely Khuzdar, Lasbela, Sibi, Sohbatpur, Loralai, Mastung, and Kharan.
